healthy cooking series: EATWELL WEEKENDER

The Healthy Cooking Series is for you if you want to get creative in the kitchen and adopt a smarter and healthier way of eating to support your health and wellness goals. The EATWELL Weekender takes place in a group setting (10 maximum) in my Sydney kitchen.

We start by setting health and wellness goals which I support you in achieving through live cooking demonstrations. We go beyond the food on your plate and discuss important life stuff, like stress, exercise, relationships, career & purpose.

You'll pick up loads of smart, healthy and time-saving tips. Plus get to sample all the super healthy and delicious dishes (organic or biodynamic where possible) which you can easily recreate at home as part of your personal EATWELL transformation. Sit back, relax and absorb what's happening in front of you, or get involved, it's up to you.
